Case 1. Dongguan UCC Huanyu Huijin Center

Dongguan UCC Huanyu Huijin Center Project was an international business cluster of Dongguan high-quality, modern and ecological headquarters base planned by Dongguan Municipal Government. With a volume of 743,800 m2, nine skyline buildings were business complexes in Dongguan Business District. These included three administrative buildings called Kaijian, Kaihui and Kaihong and six office buildings called Kaiye, Cailletet, Kaizun, Kaiyue and Kaixuan (main and secondary buildings). There were business places, shops and underground parking lots, with perfect functions, reasonable planning and rich choices from the first basement to the fourth floor.

In 2020, MayAir got the honor to equip all catering areas of the Center with kitchen fume purification systems, which were products independently developed, designed and produced by the company. By installing these fume electrostatic filtration equipment and UV ultraviolet lamp equipment for removing peculiar smell, fume and peculiar smell were removed more effectively, thus ensuring the continuous and efficient air quality of catering environment with greater efforts.

Case 2. Huizhou IN City (Sam’s Club Wal-Mart)

Huizhou IN City is a brand-new garden-style shopping center of SCPG Group in Huizhou, with the first Sam’s Club in Huizhou. The project had a volume of about 120,000 m2, and the concept of "garden experience" was implanted in the spatial scene. IN City had semi-open blocks with innovative design, creating multi-level visual enjoyment for consumers.

To build a high-end, beautiful and fashionable commercial complex, commercial catering had no oil fume and fresh air environment was a particularly important thing. IN City (Sam’s Club) used MayAir kitchen fume purification system, with a total air volume of over 900,000 m3. The electrostatic filtration equipment for removing fume and UV ultraviolet lamp equipment for removing peculiar smell installed by them were able to effectively filter fume and peculiar smell and effectively avoid the influence of fume and peculiar smell on indoor air quality.

Case 3. Guangzhou Gome Headquarters Building

Guangzhou Gome Headquarters Building (Gome IT Center) was located at the core of e-commerce New City, Pazhou A District, Haizhu District, Guangzhou. This area was an e-commerce and mobile internet industry headquarters built in Guangzhou, which was positioned as Guangzhou Silicon Valley and would gather a large number of internet elites in the future. The project covered an area of 10,000 m2, with a total construction area of 105,000 m2 of 34-storey complex.

By virtue of good reputation, and safe and reliable equipment quality, MayAir became a supplier of kitchen fume purification equipment in Guangzhou Gome Headquarters. The total air volume of the fume emission system was close to 600,000 m3. High-efficiency kitchen fume filter, odor removal UV ultraviolet lamp equipment and automatic cleaning equipment were installed in the fume exhaust system, which was able to efficiently absorb smoke and grease, and at the same time effectively remove oil fume odor. The matching automatic cleaning device was able to keep the manual cleaning time longer, save the labor cost, and also play a good role in protecting the life and filtration efficiency of the fume filters.
