In the south of Dongguan Songshan Lake, north of the Lake Ring Road, a "European-style city" with an unbeatable lake view has been built. This building complex was undoubtedly the focus of Songshan Lake. It’s the brand-new "green new base" of Huawei, a giant technology enterprise.

The new base is located next to Songhu Huahai Scenic Spot in Songshan South District, covering an area of 1,900 mu, with a total construction area of about 1.27 million m2 and a total investment of 10 billion Chinese yuan. The construction project was completed in May 2017, and 30,000 R&D personnel would work here.
