On March 27, 2025, the "Verifying Going Global with Intelligent Control -2025 New Energy Globalization Compliance Pioneer Forum" hosted by MayAir (Nanjing) Environmental Systems Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of MayAir, and co organized by T Ü V S Ü D Group and Foshan KUKA Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., was held in Shenzhen, Guangdong. Mr. Ma Liang, Vice President of MayAir Environment, and Ms. Lin Ying, Marketing Director, attended the forum together.
More than 150 representatives from enterprises in the fields of battery cell production, battery cell equipment, positive and negative electrode materials, powder equipment, engineering implementation, and mechanical equipment from the upstream and downstream industries of new energy gathered together to conduct in-depth discussions on international standards for explosion-proof dust removal equipment, market access strategies in Europe and America, and technological innovation, jointly drawing up a strategic blueprint for China's high-end manufacturing to safely go global.

As the development of the domestic new energy market slows down, the new energy industry is turning its attention to overseas markets, seeking breakthroughs in higher dimensions of the market. The compliant treatment and effective prevention and control of dust in new energy production are directly related to the safety and stability of the production process. At the same time, with the increasing environmental awareness and stricter regulations in various countries, the compliance of dust treatment has become a key threshold for enterprises to smoothly go global and participate in international market competition. It is in this context that MayAir Environment has carefully prepared for this forum and is fortunate to have invited numerous senior experts and elite enterprise representatives from the industry.

At the beginning of the forum, Ma Liang, Deputy General Manager of MayAir Environment, shared the difficulties encountered by the new energy supply chain in the process of going global, pointing out that the maritime dilemma is essentially a test of "globalization capability". Only by deeply integrating "Chinese efficiency" with "international rules" can we break through the encirclement. At the end of his speech, Ma Liang inspired his partners and industry colleagues with the famous line from "Qinyuan Spring · Changsha": eagles soar high in the sky, fish swim shallow in the bottom, and thousands of frost days compete for freedom. Lost in the vastness of the earth, who governs its ups and downs?
Zhu Haifeng, Chief Technical Expert of T Ü V S Ü D Greater China Commercial Products Department, provides practical operation guidelines for overseas enterprises in terms of product design and installation requirements; Hua Yiming, Technical Director of MayAir Environment, introduced to the guests the solution and practical application cases of MayAir Environment's explosion-proof dust removal in the battery cell production workshop;

De Gersem and Kristof, responsible for the Explosion proof Business Line of T Ü V S Ü D Greater China Industrial Products Department, have gradually dismantled the quality management and production control process of explosion-proof dust collectors from an international cutting-edge perspective and decades of certification experience.

The dinner event was upgraded to an "industry hot topic dialogue", where representatives from various perspectives such as technology, sales, and marketing gathered around the table with T Ü V experts and industry leaders to exchange project information and implementation experience, and reached a visit and preliminary cooperation intention on site.

As a part of striving for opportunities to go global, MayAir Environment firmly believes that compliance is competitiveness. When Chinese manufacturing shifts from price competition to value protection, more Chinese standards will be engraved on the map of the global industrial safety system. Through the refinement of international standards, MayAir Environment not only aims to expand its presence in overseas markets, but also accumulates project experience to provide more cutting-edge technical support for the new dust explosion prevention standards.
