On January 10, 2025, the 6th Research Conference of MayAir was successfully held! This press conference is hosted by the R&D Technology Center, with the participation of the Process Automation Department and the Technical Support Department, and will be held simultaneously online and offline. The research conference invites company management, sales department heads, factory departments, and overseas business unit representatives to attend, focusing on product and technology research and development, emphasizing breakthrough integration, challenging oneself, and continuous innovation.
At the press conference, Mr. Zhu, Deputy Director of R&D Technology, delivered the opening speech, emphasizing that innovation is the driving force for the sustainable development of enterprises. As a technician, it is our responsibility to explore technology, overcome difficulties, diligently study, and continuously solve technical problems in laboratories, production lines, and customer application sites. I hope that through research and publication, technical personnel can explore technical research, share practical experience, and look forward to future development.
The publication conference has set up submission, preliminary screening, and pre review stages for the attending papers. The papers presented at the conference cover a wide range of topics and various application scenarios. After intense competition, 14 papers were ultimately shortlisted for the official publication stage.
Multi domain cross collision, unleashing infinite possibilities. The 14 shortlisted contestants conducted in-depth discussions on their respective research achievements, showcasing from technological development to practical application, how innovation can drive the improvement of the competitiveness of the US and Egypt markets. This is not only a collision of technology, but also a competition of innovative thinking. The contestants' rigorous research attitude, keen insight, and easy to understand speech skills have won the recognition of the judges and audience.
At the press conference, Ms. Chen Ling, Vice President of MayAir, shared a speech titled "Breaking through Integration and Challenging Yourself". Looking back at 2024, the R&D team has achieved some accomplishments, including breakthroughs in new products from scratch, expansion of product lines from scratch, improvement of laboratory testing capabilities, abundant honors and awards, and an increase in the number of patents. In 2025, we must continue to strive, constantly challenge ourselves, find breakthroughs, integrate and cooperate, and be daring, pragmatic, determined, and capable!
Mr. Ye Weiqiang, CEO of MayAir, delivered a concluding speech and warmly congratulated the successful holding of this research conference, affirming the achievements of the R&D Technology Center and all process and technical personnel in the past year. He pointed out that "adhering to the principle of 'meeting customer needs' is our driving force, integrating into the real professional scenarios of customers, and breaking boundaries to work together and create value for customers while meeting their needs. ”

In the 2024 Outstanding Paper and Outstanding Employee Award Ceremony, Mr. Zhu, Deputy Director of R&D Technology, and Mr. Fan, Deputy Director of Product, announced the top three outstanding papers, five outstanding employees of the year (Product R&D Star, R&D Cost Reduction Star, R&D Application Star, R&D Service Star), three outstanding products, one outstanding PDT team, and the evaluation results of R&D innovation achievements at the 6th Research and Publication Conference. The winners and products were commended.
