MayAir won the largest bid for the FFU project of Chengdu CEC Panda's Gen 8.6 display line

MayAir FFU successfully won the bid for the Gen 8.6 TFT-LCD line project of the company, with the largest bid section of nearly 40,000 sets of FFU.

Chengdu CEC Panda, as an advanced Gen 8.6 TFT-LCD display project in the world, has a planned total investment of 28 billion yuan, covering an area of about 1,021 mu and a total construction area of nearly 700,000 m2. The construction contents include Array, color filter (CF), LCD/SC, module (LCM)line, purification plant, supporting and R&D facilities. After the completion of the project, high-quality LCD panels and modules with strong market competitiveness will be mass-produced, which also indicates that a large number of "Chengdu-made" LCD panels will be applied to computers and televisions used by ordinary people, with high technical content and good economic and social benefits.
