Industrial dust removal
The industrial dust removal equipment developed by MayAir has gained a good reputation among customers for its proven technology and high-quality quality. All kinds of products have been applied in dust control in major industries.
Filter cartridge and filter cartridge dust collector ▉
The filter cartridge dust collector of MayAir adopts advanced filtration technology and automatic high-pressure pulse dust cleaning technology to prolong the service life of filter elements to the greatest extent. The equipment has compact structure, small volume and small occupied area. Compared with the dust collector with the same volume, the filtration area is larger, the wind speed for filter is lower, and the resistance is small. The filter cartridge adopts nano spraying technology, and the efficiency reaches 99.9%. At the same time, it is convenient to install and easy to use and maintain. It can effectively collect and remove harmful dust produced in welding, grinding, cutting, feeding and other production processes.
Case 1. Providing a filter cartridge dust collector for the gantry welding project of NACKS , and matching it with a sliding air duct, MayAir flexibly and effectively solved the dust generated during cutting and welding.
Case 2. In the dust removal renovation project of grinding line of Chengdu ThyssenKrupp Fawer Spring Co., Ltd., the original dust removal system was found to be imperfect in design and substandard in emission during actual operation, so they found us and hoped to provide them with renovation solutions.
We had a comprehensive understanding of the entire processing technology and found the key to solving the problem through our systematic on-site survey and technical exchanges with them. According to the investigation at the site, MayAir designed a brand-new dust removal system for this process, and successfully solved the difficult problems of customers by using the standard filter cartridge dust collector IDC4-16, a series of dust removal products of our company.
High negative pressure dust removal system ▉
High negative pressure dust removal system uses high negative pressure and small air volume to collect and clean dust centrally. MayAir’s high negative pressure dust removal system can be applied to pharmaceutical industry and industrial dust removal.
Case 3. Aiming at the problem of iron powder scattered in the process of recovering powder metallurgy drilling in GKN (Danyang) Industries Co., Ltd., MayAir installed our high negative pressure dust removal system, which collected powder centrally through multiple pipelines, thus efficiently solving the dust problem of the company.
