Industrial oil mist purification
In the process of metal processing, lubricating fluid, cooling fluid, high-pressure oil and other auxiliary production are often used, and oil mist particles will be produced in this process. People working in oil mist environment for a long time will do great harm to their health. Oil mist accumulates in the places where workers walk for a long time, which has potential safety hazards. In addition, when oil mist accumulates on sensitive electronic equipment, it may lead to equipment failure and affect production.
MayAir has two different technologies for industrial oil mist treatment. One is to use high-voltage electrostatic technology through high-voltage ionization, so that the oil mist particles are charged and collected on the dust plate. MayAir electrostatic oil mist purifier has the advantages of low resistance, low power consumption, stable air volume, does not need to replace consumables frequently (except optional filtration items), etc., and is widely used in industrial oil mist treatment system.
Case 1.Diehl Synchro Tec Manufacturing (Wuxi) Co. Ltd.
Aiming at the oil mist produced in the cutting and grinding process of Diehl, MayAir specially equipped a high-voltage electrostatic oil mist purifier EAC-IE/SI, which was able to efficiently remove oil mist particles in the workshop through the principle of electrostatic adsorption. The equipment has low running power, low resistance and no consumables for normal operation. Therefore, the equipment greatly reduces the energy consumption and noise of the system fan, effectively solves the oil mist generated during cutting and grinding, and makes the emissions meet the national comprehensive emission standard of air pollutants.

The other is to use centrifugal technology to collect oil mist and discharge it. The air containing oil mist is sucked in by EcoRiger, a centrifugal oil mist removal purifier developed by MayAir, rotates around a circular prefilter at high speed, and is filtered by a prefilter to remove solid particles and large particle droplets. The remaining air is sucked by the circulating fan, and the droplets are concentrated in the oil collecting tank by centrifugal force principle and discharged through high-speed operation. At the same time, the air separated by oil mist is further filtered by a high-efficiency filter, and finally clean gas is discharged.
Case 2: Timken (Wuxi) Bearing Co., Ltd.
Aiming at the oil mist produced in bearing processing, MayAir equipped more than 100 centrifugal oil mist purification devices to effectively solve the pollution problem from grinding production in the workshop.




Case 3: Atlas Copco (Wuxi) Compressor Co., Ltd.
Aiming at the oil mist produced by CNC Machining Center, MayAir provided a centrifugal oil mist purifier, which effectively solved the pollution of oil mist of the workshop. The equipment was equipped with a self-cleaning system, which solved the tedious problem of pre-filtration maintenance.
