VOCs treatment system
Aiming at the design, equipment manufacturing and engineering installation of VOCs (volatile organic pollutants) purification project, MayAir has professional R&D team and testing means, excellent manufacturing equipment and inspection process, and engineering team MayCare.
MayAir has professional GC-MS (gas chromatography-mass spectrometry), IC ion chromatography and professional test platform for chemical adsorbent performance, which can carry out qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of VOCs gas, qualitative and quantitative analysis of acidic and alkaline gas, and provide data support for terminal treatment solutions.
For VOC gas, MayAir provides a treatment process of the rotor with zeolites + high temperature oxidation. When VOCs gas passes through rotors, VOCs in the airflow are adsorbed by zeolites, and then clean air is discharged into the atmosphere through rotors. In the desorption zone, VOCs concentrated on the rotor with zeolites are desorbed by the heated airflow, and the desorbed rotor turns back to the adsorption zone and works circularly. The desorbed VOCs will be transported to the high temperature oxidation system, and decomposed into H₂O and CO₂. The energy generated by VOC combustion in the system is used for desorption and regeneration process, thus reducing the required energy consumption.
Case 1. A foreign-funded lithium battery manufacturer
■ The electrolyte volatilized in the production process of lithium battery is treated by rotor with zeolites and RTO.
Case 2. A Plastic (Nanjing) Co., Ltd.
■ Aiming at the organic waste gas generated by a plastic robot painting workshop, MayAir provided VOC treatment equipment with rotor adsorption concentration + catalytic combustion, the treatment efficiency of which reached over 90%. The test results met the local standard of Jiangsu Province-Emission standard of VOCs for surface coating of automobile manufacturing industry (DB32/2862-2016).
